I'm feeling really confused. Long story short I had sex with my best friend (we're both girls.) We were both very drunk when it happened. I really enjoyed it, it was so passionate and hot and I'd definitely do it again. I'm not sure if I'm bi because I have nothing to compare the experience to (I've never done anything more than a kiss with a male.) I've always had a thing for girls ever since I was 13 or so. Anyway I've had weird feelings about my friend ever since it happened. Some advice?

The best advice I can give you is to not feet into labels and feel like you absolutely have to put a name on what you’re into. You might still be figuring out what you’re into and a little experimenting might help you eventually figure it out. Not all girls who have engaged in same sex activities are lesbian or even bi, sometimes it was simple curiosity and nothing more.

I was one of those girls that messed around and even dated girls in middle school, but I 100% love cock and vagina does nothing for me. I can look at women and appreciate their beauty and even find a naked women appealing but not arousing. Other women out there who have experimented come to find out they are straight up lesbian but continue being with men, others embrace it fully right then and there. And then of course there are all the other various sexualities that you could end up identifying with. The point is, labels aren’t what’s really important and if you start trying to put a label on things immediately before you’ve really had a chance to explore your sexuality, you might be closing yourself into a box you know?

It’s okay to not know what you’re into right now. You sound fairly young, so you have plenty of time to play and learn and explore and have fun before you really figure out what you’re into. Don’t rush things, don’t try to find all the answers at once and just learn about yourself and life along the way. If you feel like you want to be with a girl again, go for it. If you feel like you want to try and be with a man, go for it. If you want to try both, go for it! Just be smart and be safe. You’ll figure it all out eventually. :)
